Mr. Abhisek Khanna has around more than 20 years of professional experience in the banking and financial sector across SME, Mid-Market, Farm Equipment Finance and Microfinance. 

Mr. Guerol M Sari is the COO of Gojo & Company. He has over 3 decades of experience in retail banking, SME and digitization. He has worked with banks and financial institutions across Europe, Africa and South Asia.

Ms. Bhavana Srivastava has over 25 years of experience in the development finance sector, working across Asia, Africa, and the Pacific. She specializes in providing strategic guidance on financial inclusion and sustainable development.

Mr. Sanjay Gandhi is the Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Gojo & Co. He is a Chartered Accountant with 24 years of experience, 10 years in conducting ratings of Microfinance Institutions and 14 years working with a NBFC as Head of Operations followed by CEO and Director. He is also serving on the Board of Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Private Limited.

Ms. Haruna Takeuchi is a professional with expertise in strategy, business development and incubation. She graduated from Tokyo University majoring in Economics. She is the Head of Corporate Planning and PMI of Gojo, working on strategy development, post-merger integration, corporate governance, social performance management, impact measurement, stakeholder impact management and any other projects that are needed to further enhance Gojo’s work. Ms. Haruna Takeuchi is a partner and board member of Social Venture Partners Tokyo, an NPO supporting seed stage social entrepreneurs to succeed. Currently, she is serving on the Board of Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Private Limited.
