Mr. Surendra Srivastav holds around 37 years of professional experience with IDBI and SIDBI. He had last served as CFO and Board Member of Mudra, a subsidiary of SIDBI.

Mr. Abhisek Khanna has around more than 20 years of professional experience in the banking and financial sector across SME, Mid-Market, Farm Equipment Finance and Microfinance. 

Mr. Guerol M Sari is the COO of Gojo & Company. He has over 3 decades of experience in retail banking, SME and digitization. He has worked with banks and financial institutions across Europe, Africa and South Asia.

Ms. Haruna Takeuchi is a professional with expertise in strategy, business development and incubation. She graduated from Tokyo University majoring in Economics. She is the Head of Corporate Planning and PMI of Gojo, working on strategy development, post-merger integration, corporate governance, social performance management, impact measurement, stakeholder impact management and any other projects that are needed to further enhance Gojo’s work. Ms. Haruna Takeuchi is a partner and board member of Social Venture Partners Tokyo, an NPO supporting seed stage social entrepreneurs to succeed. Currently, she is serving on the Board of Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Private Limited.
